Born 2 Run: The Ultimate Training Guide
The Book that Started a Movement
In 2009, Christopher McDougall launched a best-selling book, “Born To Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen”, that sold over 3 million copies and catalyzed the entire natural movement and minimalist running idea. Christopher McDougall helped people discover that the modern athletic shoe is not necessarily the best thing for you when running, and it may even be the source of your problems.
However, there’s one major question that was left unanswered from that book, “What do I do if I want to become a healthy, happy runner with the proper and natural running form?” The answer is “Born to Run 2: The Ultimate Training Guide” releasing on December 6th with Christopher McDougall and his co-author, Eric Orton, Christopher’s running coach that was featured in the first Born To Run book.
To promote the book and teach people how to run happy and healthy, Christopher and Eric are touring several US cities in August and September for free group runs and form clinics. Check below to see if they’re coming to a city near you!
