What to Do and Where to Stay in Sunny Colorado
First, a little geography. Xero Shoes HQ is located 35 miles from Denver International Airport in the town of Broomfield, CO, and is about halfway between Boulder and Denver. The party will be in Boulder, 15 minutes further down the road.

- Unless you’ve been to Tajikistan, you’ve probably never seen a teahouse like this one. Stop by Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse to admire the intricate, painted carvings and sample from some 80 teas. It’s located right in the middle of the farmers’ market
- Hike on one of the paved multiuser paths, play tennis, disc golf, or regular golf; try riding a single track trail at one of the free bike parks; rent a bicycle and take a leisurely stroll down the Boulder Creek Path and much more. http://getboulder.com/sports/

Denver
If an urban setting is more of your scene, the Mile High City of Denver is just 25 minutes away. Take in a pro baseball game at Coors Stadium, a concert at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre, visit one of the many museums, learn how money is literally made at the Denver Mint, or delight in the many shops. https://www.denver.org/.Â
Camping Near Boulder
While there is no camping available within the city of Boulder, there are several nearby options. Your best bet is to contact the Boulder Ranger District at 303-541-2500, for information about nearby campgrounds in the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. They can point you to developed campgrounds with spots for both tent camping and RVs. Here, you can explore crystalline lakes and dramatic peaks in the Indian Peaks Wilderness, the scenic Peak-to-Peak Scenic Byway, and hundreds of miles of hiking, biking and four-wheel-drive roads. Campsites can be reserved at recreation.gov or reserveamerica.com. In the neighboring community of Longmont, about 25 minutes north, the Boulder County Fairgrounds is located right within the city and provides a convenient setting for those camping in RVs. Tents are not allowed. Other options include Golden Gate Park (about an hour south of Boulder) or St. Vrain State Park (about 30 minutes northeast).
