3. Earn
Complete the tiers outlined below and upon completion of each tier, you can receive a special reward each month!

POST CHECKLIST
Posts must be made from accounts that are public
Posts must visibly display @xeroshoes and #XeroRewards
Maximum 5 tags per post (not counting people)
Posts must not be made from accounts with no previous posts

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Each month, we determine which reward, if any, you have earned based on the posts you make. Reward coupons are delivered to the email address that you registered with. You’ll have one month to use that reward.
You should receive an email at the end of the month if you’ve earned a reward.
You’ll receive each reward that you qualify for once per month. You cannot combine reward coupons or use them for gift cards or sale / clearance items.
I DON’T HAVE AN INSTAGRAM. AM I ELIGIBLE?
While we encourage you to share on other platforms, we’re only offering rewards for Instagram posts at the moment.
ARE IG STORIES INCLUDED? WHAT ABOUT REELS AND TV?
Only in-feed Instagram posts, IG stories, and Reels are eligible for rewards currently.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY POST IS VALID?
Take these steps to ensure that your post counts towards Xero Shoes Rewards:
- Post from a public account with at least 100 followers (not hidden).
- We want to see how you live, work, and play in your Xero Shoes, so make sure they show up in the picture!
- How ever you style your Tag @xeroshoes and use #XeroRewards in every post, and no other shoe brand (up to 5 tags). Tagging other people is great!
- Posts must be made from accounts with previous posts – no burner accounts!

By participating in the Xero Shoes Rewards Program, you consent to allow Xero Shoes to use your photos in marketing materials.
Posts and membership applications may be rejected / revoked for any reason and may not count towards your rewards tiers.Â
