A note about getting the right size
If you’re about to buy your first pair of Xero Shoes, just follow the sizing recommendations on each product’s page.
If you’ve purchased Xero Shoes in the past, PLEASE pay attention to the new sizing recommendations each product has. Note the date that we updated our sizing and select your size accordingly.
For example, the Men’s Prio says it was resized on August 9th. If you bought, say, a size 9.5 before then, order a 9 now.
Of course, sizing is not an art, which is why we have our FREE domestic exchange policy.
Regarding Shipping Costs…
For transparency: It costs us more to ship products that we charge. In other words, we lose money on shipping.
Is it crazy for us to ask you to help us lose a little less this holiday season? š
International customers will see the various shipping options and prices.
